A Bedroom

Okay, little something different from me... I think this is the first fully finished room image that I've ever done.

Anyways, I admire artists who can do beautiful backgrounds, both landscapes and architectural. I've been working on my backgrounds in general lately, so it was about time I gave a character bedroom a try.

Fortunately, I've got a character who's recently been putting a new room together!

One of the things about being an immortal is that eventually, people start to notice. Set's still got a few good years on his current alias, but he's decided to start developing his next persona (which goes by the name of Ethan). It was suggested to him that the best way to do that nowadays is to attend at least one year of high school to make getting references and whatnot for college easier. This has required a whole lot of set-up and whatnot starting about a year ago, but in any case, it has also required him taking on a younger form than his usual one (which acts differently from his normal one) and the creation of a suitable environment for Ethan... which made him a perfect candidate for my personal little room challenge.

In any case, his room is supposed to look like it was assembled over time and the furniture bought for a larger space. He hasn't unpacked most of his stuff yet, but he's working on it.

Annnd this took SO long to finish. But first tries usually do. Hopefully the next one will go faster, whenever that is.
