Happy New Year, everybody! I spent my New Year's Eve doodling things inspired by stuff that's happened in chat!RP over the last year. Annnd then I decided to go ahead and color some of them today in a few different styles. Let's see here...

Top two: Lida meets Kazuya the Baku.

Mr. Not a Morning Person: Set did indeed get his hair cut this year after that whole tree incident. And he is very much NOT a morning person, but I do so enjoy drawing him shirtless...

Aidan and Anat: Poor Anat almost never gets drawn... but she and Aidan have stuck up a relationship (much to the amusement and horror of most of the others). And yeah, Anat's gone blonde. New look for the modern ages and all.

Sleeping Dog and Kid: Had to get Theo in there somewhere... and both he and Ani (le pooch) like dozing on the couch, so there you have it.

Below Set: Had to get Terry in there, too! He had a rough year, but I decided to draw him in a non-angsty way. Don't worry, Ter! 2009 can only get better!

"MWAHAHA!!": Set got whacked with the chibi!stick. And because a ten year old Set is not compatible with... well, pretty much modern life, his big brother Cyrus decided to take him camping in the desert for the duration of his wanding. Now, if only Cy could figure out how to put up the tent...

Ani and Ammut: And there's Ani in his human form - and Ammut in her canine one - with his reaction to Cy's plans for lil' Seti.

Bottom left: Ah, Caleb... He has the honor of being my newest DI character, and his very first meeting with Dionysus happened to be when his not-so-nice personality was in control. Poor guy was kinda held hostage... the fact that it was by a tiny effeminate guy didn't help any, even IF said tiny effeminate guy gave him five nice, deep slices across his chest...

Bottom Middle: Matty is Set's bartender. He's also a seer... who occasionally gets possessed by the dead. A few months ago, he ended up possessed by Hyacinthus, a past love of Apollo. Pol was more than a little surprised to suddenly get pounced by a guy who usually does anything in his power to AVOID human contact. As far as Pol goes... well, all Sumi's ever told me about his appearance is that his looks a lot like Bri... only he's not. So that's my first stab at him, which means the design will PROBABLY change.

Bottom Right: Before Hyacinthus could migrate on over to the Elysian Fields, Pol transferred his spirit into a flower. Touching that flower two-some millenia later is how Matty got possessed. He was not, understandably, thrilled to suddenly come to his senses right next to it again.

So, there you have it! Got just about every main character of mine in there, save Astarte, but hey, she had a whole page of doodles devoted to her not too long ago. Hope you enjoy. ^_^
